After meeting with several real estate agents, Steve’s thoughts on how to sell our house made the most sense. We followed all advice Steve gave us on how to prepare the house and Steve executed exactly what he said he would do and sold the house in 4 days after being on the market for 6 months with another agent and receiving no offers. I worked with Steve to sell my home and to purchase a new residence. Steve was superb in handling the sale of our home. The first buyer was difficult to negotiate with and after giving Steve and us a difficult time signed a contract to buy. Then 5 days before closing the buyer backed out of the sale. Needless to say we were not happy. Steve quickly got things on track and brought in two new offers. Steve is a professional who will hard for you to achieve your goals. He has great knowledge of the markets and that will aid in the proper pricing of the listing. Steve advised us on converting an apartment building at 6521 N. Lincoln in Lincolnwood into to condos. He prepared an effective marketing brochure and had lots of communications with realtors in that area to make sure they knew about us. He came up with the name Lincolnwood Row and sold all 8 condos in the building. He also had success advising us on the sale and marketing of 1627 N. Clybourn Ave in Chicago. That was a mixed use retail and apartment building.
